"If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you" Gospel of Thomas
“Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what’s within themselves.” Surah Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder), Chapter 13, Verse 11
Hello everyone, I\'m currently designing a youth empowerment project for young people aged 18–24 in Ethiopia.combining an intensive training with follow-up phase focused on application and growth.
My question is: What are the most effective ways to structure a program like this to balance depth (impact on participants) and sustainability (time, resources, and future growth)?
I would especially value insights on how to design the follow-up phase so it remains impactful without requiring excessive resources.
Thank you !
Thanks for making this platform. I\'m working on a project that seems to put me in a cross-road, I think. So, How can I balance being a voice for young people’s real frustrations (assuming I\'m one of them) while maintaining a calm, analytical, and non-reactive tone that builds long-term credibility?
