Jo Elizabeth Butler
Jo Elizabeth Butler is a retired international lawyer who worked on commodity and climate change negotiations as well as trade and development. She served as Deputy Director of the Africa and Least Developed Countries Division; Secretary of UNCTAD’s Trade and Development Board, and Legal Adviser to the Economic Commission for Africa. Jo is fluent in English and French and has working knowledge of Spanish.
