Building a School of Excellence

My project will develop a clear vision and practical roadmap for a modern school of excellence in Africa. For me, it is not only about constructing a good building. It is also about creating a school with strong pedagogy, good governance, well-trained teachers, sustainable financing, a healthy academic culture, and strong student outcomes.

I have often asked myself what kind of contribution I want to make at the highest level if there were no limits. My answer is that I would like to build a school in Africa that truly meets international standards. I believe many schools focus only on infrastructure, but real excellence also depends on the quality of teaching, leadership, values, management, and results. I want to better understand how such a school can be designed and eventually made possible in our context. At this stage, I do not yet have the financial support to launch such a project, but I want to engage in the preparation work to transform this vision into a real and sustainable institution.
