The project explores the under-representation of women in leadership positions across various sectors. It aims to examine the systemic barriers and biases that hinder women’s advancement to top positions. I chose this topic because I have always been passionate about gender equality and the dynamics of power in the workplace.
My project will benefit women aspiring to leadership roles by equipping them with research-backed strategies to navigate career obstacles. It will also help organizations and HR professionals by providing insights into creating more inclusive policies that leverage diverse talent.
