The main objective of the Talent Development program is to equip young people with essential skills and opportunities that foster personal and professional growth, ultimately leading to successful career development and community impact.

The program is structured around four key components:

  • Self-Leadership Skills Development – focuses on building 21st century skills as well as values and character development.
  • Internship – provides practical work experience in the Africa Unbound Center or other organizations to facilitate learning by doing.
  • Mentorship – pairs participants with experienced mentors to provide guidance, support, and networking opportunities.
  • Job Placement – helps participants secure employment or entrepreneurial opportunities after completing the program.
